When you place a pre-order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the item and quantity you chose, and a reference number for your payment. If you write a message to the author, we keep that too.
Only to process your pre-order: to confirm it, to take payment, to print a shipping label, and to email you about this order. We do not use it for anything else.
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Payment is handled on the payment provider's own secure systems, and they send us only a confirmation and a reference number.
Our web host (Hostinger), our email provider, our payment provider, and the courier that delivers your book. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send marketing email unless you separately ask us to.
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling returns — normally a few years — and then deleted.
Write to you@yourdomain.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it once your order is complete and the accounting period has passed.
This page sets no tracking or advertising cookies. A single short-lived cookie is used only if the author signs in to the private order list.
